Commenting after the Count, he said: "Thank you to Runnymede and Weybridge for your trust in me, and the plan to Keep Runnymede and Weybridge Moving!
"During recent weeks and before the election, many residents have spoken to me about their dissatisfaction and disillusionment with Westminster Politics and all the recent challenges we have faced. I get it and things need to change. I will continue to stand up for all local residents, towns, and villages and will work to restore faith in our political system and the Conservative Party, both locally and nationally."
Thank you on behalf of the Association for your support for Dr Ben Spencer and Katerina Lusk, who was elected a councillor for Cobham in an Elmbridge by-election held the same day as the GE.
